I had a book signing this morning at the Statesville Library. Gosh, such a lot of small dog lovers! We shared a lot of stories, crying for some situations, but mostly smiles, remembering silly antics and situations.
I have found this 2 year old Statesville Library staff the most helpful, knowledgeable and agreeable people! They always give me lots of time and seem genuinely interested in me.
I found the Charlotte branch Library staff brusk, politely professional and I often felt "dismissed" after I'd gotten the answer to question I'd asked. No time for "chit chat."
This attitude didn't make me want to come again, no matter the need.
